Launched in 2019 by Jamie Hendry, New English Shakespeare Company was born out of a passion to make Shakespeare’s work resonate with today’s audiences and Much Ado About Nothing is its inaugural production which had it’s world premiere at the prestigious Dubai Opera in September 2019.
NESC’s Much Ado About Nothing is a brand new, modern production of one of Shakespeare’s most loved comedies, which has been thrilling audiences and receiving international critical acclaim.
Directed by award-winning Derek Bond with a cast of 12 immensely talented actors and musicians who have brought this vibrant, passionate and profoundly moving piece of theatre to life with breath-taking theatrical design and a contemporary original soundtrack.
